Where is Your Reality Found?

Dear Mosaic Family,

We continue our study in Colossians and will be wrapping up the final 8 verses of chapter 2. In light of the message John shared from 2:6-15, Paul begins to address the ways the church at Colossae was starting to lose track of the true Gospel. This message is comparable to the message to the Church in Galatia that we studied last year and reminds me of the Yogi Berra quote: "It's like deja vu all over again." But it's one we can relate to, can't we? Our eyes are fixed on Jesus and his amazing grace for us and we are rock solid with our identity and security until, well, we aren't.

This Sunday we will be unpacking this passage together about where our true and deepest reality is found, how we stand firmly grounded in that and not fall for the various lies of the evil one. I look forward to a great time of worship, study and prayer together this Sunday with you, Mosaic Family.
