How Shall We Now Live?

Hi Mosaic family,

When is the last time you felt stumped about how to move forward with peace and harmony in one of your relationships? Have you ever found your spouse or a relationship at church so challenging you just wanted to throw up your hands and give up?

This Sunday we will be picking up our sermon series in I Peter and studying the first 17 verses of chapter 3. I love that Peter doesn't leave his readers in an esoteric doctrinal headspace, but instead gets very practical about how we live out our living hope as holy and alien people. First he starts with how we live out a winsome faith in the most intimate and challenging of relationships (marriage) and then transitions to how we share life and harmony together in the church. While not always easy to live out, Peter shares a beautiful simplicity to how we live out our Christian walk in the toughest of relationships. So come Sunday morning prayed up, prepared with challenging relationships in mind, and an openness to Peter's practical admonitions for doing life together.
