Our Journey into Truth

Dear Mosaic Family,

This week we continue unpacking the Mosaic Essentials document that we wrote to help define the kind of church we wanted to be as we move into the next chapter in our story as a spiritual family. We are hopeful that working through these and growing in our understanding of how to walk them out will help build our unity as a body.

This week we’ll be talking about the fact that a relationship with God is a unique journey for each of us. We all bring our own blend of hurts, habits, and hang-ups into our faith journey, often requiring no small amount of patience and grace with one another as we grow together.

Thankfully, we have the Holy Spirit dwelling within us to bear the fruit of love and patience as we serve one another.

He is our ace in the hole!

We’ll discuss the importance of God’s truth to guide us on the journey. The truth transforms our minds as we replace old, lie-based thoughts with those found in the Word of God. Most importantly, knowing Jesus, who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, sets us free from condemnation and slavery to sin.
It’s an honor and a joy to walk this journey with you as we grow in grace together.
